Our Story
Enzo started with one question: where's the best pizza in New York? Will Makris got obsessed, couldn't find a good answer, so he opened a bar to make one. The result is thin, crisp, sourdough, NY flavors — dough milled and fermented in-house by chef Adam Leonti, who literally wrote the book on flour. Add great cocktails, good company, and zero pretension, and that's Enzo: wildly delicious pizza in a bar that doesn't take itself too seriously.
